Privacy Policy

Notice of changes

Announced October 15, 2026 · takes effect October 22, 2026 (v3). As promised in Section 18, we announce changes 7 days before they take effect.

This revision adds the two items below. The personal data we collect and the purposes for which we use it do not change.

① Sections 8 (processors) and 10 (international transfers) — Google LLC (Google Workspace): receiving, storing and answering email sent to our contact addresses (cs@, contact@, privacy@ and similar).

② The same two tables — PostHog, Inc. (United States): the FLOAT web visit statistics tool. We start sending statistics to it on the effective date.

Until then, the previous policy (v2, effective August 10, 2026) applies.

SENSRA Inc. ("Company", "we") operates the FLOAT web store (floatainment.com) and the FLOTIME mobile application (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

🔴 The two share a single account. One account created with your email address (your "SENSRA account") gives you both the FLOAT web store and the FLOTIME app, and deleting it removes both (Section 6). FLOTIME is offered in 23 languages and the FLOAT web store in multiple languages worldwide. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

This document is available in Korean, English, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional). This English version is provided for convenience — the Korean original, reproduced in full at the bottom of this page, is the legally binding version.

1. What we collect

We collect only the minimum needed to run the Service. The "Service" column shows where each item comes from.

🔴 Your name, shipping address, phone number and payment details (card numbers and the like) are collected and held by Shopify, which operates the checkout. They are never stored on our servers; we receive only the order fields listed above so we can fulfil the order. We never see your card number at any point.

Usage analytics are not used for advertising. In FLOTIME they only determine the order in which cards are shown to you; on the FLOAT web store the visit analytics are session-level statistics that do not identify a person. We do not sell this data, do not provide it to advertising networks, and do not use it for targeted advertising.

4. Camera, photos, and what we do not collect

We do not collect:

Camera (FLOTIME) — used only when you take a photo for a card. We do not use the microphone.
Photo library (FLOTIME) — accessed only at the moment you pick a photo. We never read your library beyond the files you select.
Camera (FLOAT web — AR try-on) — trying the product on your face runs entirely inside your browser. The camera image never leaves your device and is never sent to or stored on our servers. If you save it, it is downloaded to your device only.

6. Deleting your account — FLOAT and FLOTIME go together

🔴 We issue one account. The FLOAT web store and the FLOTIME app are the same SENSRA account, so deleting it deletes the data in both. There is no way to delete one and keep the other.

You can ask us to delete at any time — in the FLOTIME app: Settings → Delete account, or on the FLOAT website: My Page → Delete account. ① Requesting deletion starts a 7-day grace period. ② During it you can sign in and cancel. ③ After 7 days everything in the "Erased" column below is permanently destroyed and cannot be recovered.

If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, request deletion at https://floatainment.com/flotime/delete-account, or email cs@floatainment.com from (or quoting) the address you signed up with. We verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days of receipt.

Deleting the app does not delete your account — you must use the procedure above. And there is no way to remove FLOTIME while keeping your FLOAT store membership, because it is one account.

7. How long we keep it

We delete your data without undue delay when you delete your account. The records below are those the law requires us to retain: during those periods we cannot erase them even on request, and we keep them separately from other personal data and use them for no purpose other than retention.

Reports that led to enforcement action may be retained in de-identified form to prevent repeat abuse. Once de-identified, this is no longer personal data.
We erase data by irreversible means; paper records are shredded or incinerated. Uploaded photos in cloud storage are deleted before the database records, so no orphaned files remain.

8. Sharing and processors

We do not provide personal data to third parties, except with your prior consent or where required by law or a lawful request from a competent authority.

We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

Place search happens only when you use that feature. The app does not stream your location, and if you decline location only the search text is sent. Review translation likewise happens only when you open a review that is not in your language, and the result is cached in your browser only.

10. International data transfers

The Service serves users worldwide, and your data is transferred outside your country.

You may object to these transfers. Because they are essential to providing the Service, objecting means you cannot use the Service; you may delete your account to stop processing.
We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards where required, and we require recipients to apply appropriate security measures.

11. Your rights

12. European users (GDPR)

Legal bases are listed per purpose in the table in Section 5: performance of a contract (running the Service and fulfilling orders), legal obligation (age verification and transaction record-keeping), legitimate interests (preventing abuse and improving the Service) and consent (location, notifications, marketing email and optional fields).
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
We do not carry out automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects. Recommendation ordering only affects the sequence in which content is displayed.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
We do not knowingly process data of children under 16.

16. Security

HTTPS/TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and row-level security so users can only reach their own rows.
We store no passwords. Sign-in uses one-time email codes, so there is no password to leak. We hold no payment credentials either, so there is no card number that could leak from us.
Privileged server operations are never exposed to the client, and administrator actions are recorded in an audit log.
Access to personal data is limited to the minimum number of personnel, under a designated privacy officer and an internal management plan.
If a breach occurs, we notify affected users and the relevant authority without undue delay — within 72 hours to the supervisory authority where GDPR applies.

No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We announce changes 7 days before they take effect, in the app, on the web store and on this page, and 30 days in advance where the change is adverse to users or adds a new category of collection — obtaining fresh consent where required.

주식회사 센스라(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수하며, 회사가 운영하는 FLOAT 웹 스토어(floatainment.com)와 모바일 애플리케이션 FLOTIME(이하 둘을 합쳐 "서비스")을 이용하는 이용자의 개인정보를 다음과 같이 처리합니다.

4. 카메라·사진, 그리고 수집하지 않는 것

카메라(FLOTIME) — 카드에 넣을 사진을 직접 찍을 때만 사용합니다. 마이크(음성)는 사용하지 않습니다.
사진 보관함(FLOTIME) — 이용자가 사진을 고르는 순간에만 접근합니다. 선택한 파일 외에는 보관함을 읽지 않습니다.
카메라(FLOAT 웹 — AR 체험) — 제품을 얼굴에 비춰 보는 기능은 브라우저 안에서만 처리됩니다. 촬영된 화면은 이용자의 기기를 벗어나지 않으며, 회사 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다. 저장 버튼을 누르면 이용자의 기기에만 내려받아집니다.

6. 계정 삭제 — FLOAT 과 FLOTIME 이 함께 사라집니다

🔴 회사가 발급하는 계정은 하나입니다. FLOAT 웹 스토어와 FLOTIME 앱은 같은 센스라 계정으로 이어져 있으므로, 계정을 삭제하면 두 서비스의 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 한쪽만 남기는 삭제는 없습니다.

이용자는 언제든지 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다 — FLOTIME 앱: 설정 → 계정 삭제 · FLOAT 웹: 마이페이지 → 회원 탈퇴. ① 삭제를 요청하면 7일의 유예 기간이 시작됩니다. ② 이 기간에는 로그인하여 삭제를 취소할 수 있습니다. ③ 7일이 지나면 아래 표의 "지워집니다" 항목이 영구히 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

앱을 이미 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우 https://floatainment.com/flotime/delete-account 에서, 또는 cs@floatainment.com 로 가입한 이메일 주소와 함께 삭제를 요청하십시오. 본인 확인 후 접수일로부터 30일 이내에 완료합니다.

7. 보유 기간

회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 아래는 관계 법령이 보존을 요구하는 기록입니다. 이 기간에는 삭제 요청이 있어도 지울 수 없으며, 회사는 이 기록을 다른 개인정보와 분리해 보관하고 보존 목적 외에는 이용하지 않습니다.

제재로 이어진 신고 기록은 다른 이용자를 보호하기 위해 신고자·피신고자를 식별할 수 없도록 비식별 처리한 뒤 재발 방지 목적으로 보관할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 더 이상 개인정보가 아닙니다.
전자적 파일은 복구·재생할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다. 클라우드 저장소의 사진은 데이터베이스 기록보다 먼저 삭제합니다.

10. 국외 이전

서비스는 전 세계 이용자를 대상으로 하며, 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 위 이전은 서비스 제공에 필수적이므로, 거부하는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없으며 계정 삭제를 통해 처리를 중단할 수 있습니다.

12. 유럽 이용자 (GDPR)

처리 근거 — 목적별 법적 근거는 제5조의 표에 목적마다 적었습니다. 계약 이행(서비스 제공·주문 이행), 법적 의무 준수(연령 확인·거래기록 보존), 정당한 이익(부정 이용 방지·서비스 개선), 동의(위치·알림·소식 메일·선택 항목)입니다.
접근권, 정정권, 삭제권("잊힐 권리"), 처리 제한권, 데이터 이동권, 반대권을 가지며, 동의에 근거한 처리는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회 이전의 처리는 영향받지 않습니다.
회사는 자동화된 의사결정만으로 법적 효력을 발생시키는 처리를 하지 않습니다. 추천 정렬은 보여주는 순서를 정할 뿐, 이용자의 권리·의무에 영향을 주지 않습니다.
거주 국가의 데이터보호 감독기관에 이의를 제기할 권리가 있습니다.
만 16세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 처리하지 않습니다.

13. 캘리포니아 이용자 (CCPA / CPRA)

알 권리 — 지난 12개월간 수집·이용·공개한 개인정보의 범주와 목적을 알 수 있습니다(제1·2·5·8조).
삭제 요구권 — 제6조의 절차로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 다만 전자상거래 관련 법정 보존 기록은 제7조의 기간 동안 예외입니다. 정정 요구권 — 설정에서 직접 고치거나 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다.
판매·공유 거부권 — 회사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 맞춤형 광고를 위해 공유하지 않습니다. 따라서 별도의 거부 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.
민감정보 이용 제한권 — 회사는 CPRA 상 민감 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
차별 금지 — 권리를 행사했다는 이유로 서비스를 제한하거나 불리하게 대우하지 않습니다.

15. 쿠키 및 기기 내 저장

서비스는 광고·추적 목적의 쿠키를 사용하지 않으며, 제3자 광고·추적 SDK 를 탑재하지 않았습니다. 아래가 서비스가 이용자 기기에 저장하는 것의 전부입니다.

16. 안전성 확보 조치

전송 구간 HTTPS/TLS 암호화, 저장 데이터 암호화, 행 수준 보안(RLS)으로 본인 데이터만 접근 가능하도록 강제합니다.
회사는 비밀번호를 저장하지 않습니다 — 이메일 일회용 코드 방식이라 유출될 비밀번호가 없습니다. 결제수단 정보도 보유하지 않으므로 회사에서 유출될 카드번호가 없습니다.
서버 전용 권한이 필요한 작업은 클라이언트에 노출하지 않으며, 관리자 행위는 감사 로그로 기록합니다.
개인정보 취급자를 최소화하고 접근 권한을 차등 부여하며, 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 내부 관리계획을 수립하고 있습니다.
개인정보 유출을 인지한 경우 관계 법령에 따라 지체 없이 이용자에게 알리고 감독기관에 신고합니다(GDPR 적용 시 인지 후 72시간 이내 통지).

회사는 안전성 확보를 위해 노력하고 있으나, 인터넷을 통한 전송이나 전자적 저장 방법 중 100% 안전한 것은 없습니다.

18. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 앱 공지·웹 공지 및 본 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 이용자에게 불리한 변경이거나 새로운 수집 항목이 추가되는 경우 시행 30일 전에 알리고, 필요한 경우 다시 동의를 받습니다.
